Here at Gateway we have a growing and thriving young adults ministry. Each week we have a group of 20 somethings come together that are passionate about their faith and taking it to the world to influence an entire generation for Jesus. In today’s society many young adults struggle in life. There are many reasons for this, but one big reason, is that young adults don't feel connected in their local church. They haven't made meaningful relationships, or they don't survive the transition from youth group into the adult church group. As young adults enter College, University, and the working world, their values, beliefs and faith are tested and questioned. No longer can they rely on their parent’s faith, but now they must decide for themselves what they believe.
We believe questions about faith, truth, the Bible, relationships, social justice and morality should be explored and tested in the context of the faith community.
At Gateway, we want to build meaningful relationships with each other and God so we can get to know each other well enough to discuss the important questions of life. We believe that God has designed a crazy abundant life for us to experience and that as we learn to love him and each other more we will live that life to the fullest.
If you’re graduated from high school or between the ages of 19-30 come on out to the Berkley and Stacey's on Wednesday Nights nights at 8:00….just come on in….there’s a great life waiting for you!
