God comes to us in this verse with a wonderful promise of a Saviour. This verse implies that we all have a need for salvation. Many, feeling self sufficient, have a hard time admitting they need a Saviour. Before we can be saved we must acknowledge our need of a Saviour. Our minds have been blinded but He can open our minds to see our own need for Jesus, who is the Saviour of the world.
Dear Lord….today I acknowledge my need for You as Saviour and Lord. Thank you for coming to be my Saviour… Amen and Amen!!
