About a week ago I heard some striking words from an outstanding leader, former President George Bush Sr. Some of the values which he learned from his mother were “get out of the limelight”, “serve and sacrifice for others”, and “give the other guy the credit”.
This beloved President loved his family and country very much, as he lived by those values. When we think about it, how much do we love our family and country in the same way that serves and sacrifices for others, to show that love?
