Jesus gave a command to us, to love one another.
Loving one another, getting along, respecting each other, being kind or patient, telling the truth and even loving our enemies is not an option, it is a command.
The command to love has attached to it great reward. To love means we can have a better world, great friends and support when most needed because what we sow, we eventually will reap. Therefore, love will come back to us in multiplied measures.
One of the greatest rewards from loving one another is that we will have fullness of joy. Loving families, church members, work places are charged with joy. An overflowing life of joy will be our portion. Jesus said, “This is My commandment. That you love one another that your joy may be full.”
