Mankind is to display the glory of God and bring glory to God like none other. The book of Revelation tells us "for thy pleasure we are created".
Satan sought to take the attention and the glory after the fall. He is a detractor and a distracter. Due to the fact that Satan is not our creator, he does not deserve the place where the glory belongs to him. God, the Creator, deserves the glory.
As those created, we purpose to live our lives by His grace to bring glory to His name.
With all the redeemed of the ages we sing "You are worthy oh Lord".
