Let’s all go for it- The power of total involvement for 40 Days

 

When it comes to the church, God’s dream is for everyone to be a vital part of what God is doing. As God’s army, we all have an assignment, in the body of Christ. We are all vital members to make the body a living dynamic, powerful entity in the earth. The devil as our adversary, seeks to have some of us draw back from our place of function, thus weakening the church, and the work of the kingdom.

 

We are not ignorant of his devices. Therefore, we need to set ourselves to being involved in God’s kingdom. Any suggestion other then the Word of God needs to be rejected. The Word of God calls us to unity, togetherness, and one mindedness. This is Kick Off Sunday for 40 Days of Community. We believe God has called us all to involvement at this time.  God only knows what will happen when we give ourselves to those forty days. I would suggest six things will happen when we all get involved.  

 

1. We will defy any spirit of apathy
2. We will defy the devil and his desire to keep us from involvement.
3. We will grow personally
4. We will be a blessing to others
5. We will impact our community through the creative projects that will come forth from the small groups.
6. We will build relationships that will last for life

 

So let’s all go for it. Let’s all be a part.
